PARTY COLORS RENTALS

 

OUR RENTAL POLICY

Equipment will be reserved upon receipt of a signed contract and NON REFUNDABLE 25 % deposit of total charges. Cancellations or decreases in orders will be accepted seven (7) days in advance with full adjustment (Except Tents). Notice of less than seven (7) days will result in customer paying for entire order.

FINAL PAYMENT is due one week prior to delivery if using a credit card. Or upon delivery with cash and local personal checks with valid driver’s license. A $25 service fee will be added to your account each time the order is changed within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery. However, you may add items if available. Any time before the truck is loaded and this fee will not be charged.

RATES ARE QUOTED for daily, single use rental, items rented for a weekend would typically be delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday. If you require longer rental, please contact us for rate information. No refund for unused equipment.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Items not returned within 3 days after event are considered missing. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the credit card at replacement cost.

DELIVERIES are to first floor door or garage that is accessible to a truck. Set up or take down of equipment will be determined prior to event and charges to rental contract. The Clint must be available to count all items upon delivery and pick up: otherwise PARTY COLORS counts will be considered accurate. We deliver all orders, Orders must be at least $50 to qualify as an order. Out of area orders between $ 40-$200 will be charged. DELIVERY AREA IS LIMITED

CLEAN UP & PREPARATION FOR PICK UP: All floral arrangements, trash, and decorations of any kind should be removed from tent or other rental equipment before scheduled pick up time. CHAIRS & TABLES must be folded and stacked as delivered. Staples and/or thumb tacks and tape must be removed from tables before being returned. Concession equipment should be washed. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A $ 25.00 LABOUR CHARGE.

SECURITY & WEATHER PROTECTION. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from time of delivery to time of return. ITEMS SHOULD BE IN A SECURE, WEATHER PROTECTED PLACE.

 EQUIPMENT SUPERVISION AND OPERATION: Party colors Including its Owners and staff, Cannot be held accountable for any issues arising from equipment supervision. Because we are not onsite, it is the sole responsibility of the property owner. The individual signing or renting equipment and entity paying for the order, to supervise the use of our equipment and insure it is being used in a safe and proper manner. The only exception to this is if you have paid us to attend the equipment. In that case, you give Party colors and its owner and staff full authority to supervise the equipment and the right to deny use of the equipment to anyone not using it safely and properly. It is also your responsibility to immediately report us any Instances of accident, Injury, Damage or theft related to our equipment. The customer must be notify us immediately at 586 610 9932. If we are currently helping another customer and cannot answer the phone, the customer must leave a message stating the nature of the problem and how the problem occurred. FAILURE TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY AT THAT PHONE NUMBER UPON DISCOVERY OF THE PROBLEM WILL BE CONSIDERED WILLFUL NEGLECT AND BREACH OF CONTRACT!

 

I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT. THIS CONTRACT IS VALOID FOR ALL RENTALS PURCHAISED BY THIS CLINT, AND SUPERSEDES ALL PRIOR CONTRATS.
